Gołąbki [ɡɔˈwɔmpki] is the Polish name of a dish popular in cuisines of Central Europe, made from boiled cabbage leaves wrapped around a filling of minced pork or beef, chopped onions, and rice or barley. - Boil cabbage until soft. Save water.
- Chop onions and sauté in butter until translucent.

- Place Halupki seam side down in crock pot and/or casserole dish. Cover with vinegar and/or tomato sauce and add some cabbage water.
