Steps to make Moi moi:
- Soak the beans for atleast 15mins so that the skin can easily be removed
- Drain the water and put inside a motar, use a pistle and beat slowly you will see that the skin is removing
- In a bowl add enough water and wash the beans, used a colander to remove the skins
- When done, cut onions into pieces and add the scotch bonnet then blend it
- Pour the batter into a bowl and add Maggi salt curry and palm oil and stir, then beet slowly so that it will looks nyc and smoothly
- Pour the batter into leather and tie it, put in a pot with small water and set on fire, leave until done
- Remove from leather and serve
