- Add grinded Peanuts and stir continuously on low flame until golden brown colour.
- Then add 1 cup of Milk into the pan and stir continuously.
- Cover the lid and simmer on low flame until Peanuts soak all the Milk.
- Open the lid and stir in between repeatedly.
- Once Milk gets soaked, add ¼ cup of Sugar and stir well.
- Add ¼ tsp of Cardamom (Elaichi) powder into the Halwa and stir continuously.
- Stir Halwa for more 2 – 3 Min to let Sugar dissolve completely.
- Peanut Halwa is now ready to serve hot and garnish with Saffron (Kesar).
