- Get 3 tbsp Oil
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- Get 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- Take 1/2 tsp Asafoetida/Hing

- In a bowl take oats, bajra flour, wheat flour, besan, poi leaves, garlic green chilli paste, add in all masalas, salt, lemon juice, yogurt/oil & combine everything together to form a dough. make a soft dough out of it. Taste dough at this point & add something more if required
- Grease hands with oil and shape dough into cylindrical shapes
- Arrange rolls on greased sieve & steam in steamer for 15-20 minutes. insert knife to check it's doneness
- Remove, cool slightly & cut into 12mm slices & keep aside
- For tempering heat oil in non stick kadhai/wok, crackle mustard seeds, add in sesame seeds, asafoetida & saute for few seconds. Add in muthiyas/ steamed dumplings & saute on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Serve immidiately garnished with coriander leaves. Done…Enjoy making
