- Then add tomatoes puree to it again cook it for 3 minutes. Then add chopped green chilies, chopped ginger and carom seeds (rubbing in your hands and pour) to it. Again cook it for 1 minutes. Add boiled chanaand it's starch to pan. Give a good mix. And boil it. Cook it for 2 minutes and your amritsari chloe is ready.
- For kulch. Take 1 cup of refind flour add salt,sugar, baking powder, baking soda and oil to it. Mix it properly. Than make a soft dough with adding water to it. Grease it with oil. Rest it for 2 hours. For stuffing take boiled potatoes. Crush evenly. Add chopped onion, salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, dry mango powder and give a good mix. After 2 hours. Take out dough and slightly rub it. Make the balls. And roll it add stuffing to it
- Again roll it and Grease oil on top add kalongi and chopped coriander leaves to it and roll with rolling pin. Grease Back side with water. Heat a pan. Put kulcha on it and heat it on low flame. After rising or little bit change in colour then turn your pan and heat it on high flame with moving the pan otherwise your kulcha may be burn from one side.
